I’ve been blonde or blonde-ish most of my life, but I’ve always wanted to be a redhead. And, after having some colorists say it wasn’t a great idea due to my reddish undertones and the fact that I easily flush, Kaz Amor at the Warren Tricomi Salon in Los Angeles actually suggested that I try a coppery tone when I saw him a couple of weeks ago. I didn’t think twice about it. He used a demi-permanent shade that he said would last eight weeks and give me a more natural finish — the dye has a more translucent quality to it. So … what do you think? Should I join the many celebrities who were born blondes and have since gone red (think Emma Stone, Amy Adams, Cynthia Nixon and Christina Hendricks) or should I go back to my blonde roots? Speak up!
